A gunman has opened fire after entering a public service building in Moscow, Russia.
Two people were killed and three others were injured in the attack, AP reported. The assailant entered the customer service department at the center and shot and killed the person who was there.

Sergei Sobyanin, who declined to give details on the identity of the attacker or why he carried out the attack, said, “Doctors are doing everything they can to save the wounded.”
