Rocket attack on U.S. military base in Iraq
A rocket attack was reported on the Ayn-al-Assad Base in Iraq’s Anbar province, where US troops are also stationed.
Five Rockets landed at Ayn-al-Assad Base in Anbar province, where US troops are also stationed, Iraqi media reported. The C-RAM air defense system was activated and neutralized the rockets. According to eyewitnesses, the attack was carried out from a vehicle carrying a ramp near the town of Hit.
The Ayn-al-Assad Base was also attacked yesterday.
