The new CEOof Twitter has fired two senior executives and started reorganizing the company. A document revealed that Twitter is restructuring its consumer, revenue and core technology divisions under individual leaders to improve increased accountability, speed and operational efficiency. Kavyon Beykpour, Bruce Falck and Nick Caldwell were responsible for managing these three divisions.

Davis’ Fast Company profile, released in September, described him as the first black executive to report to the CEO since Twitter went public. According to The New York Times,he joined the company in 2019for major changes in the company’s culture in an effort to fix the recession.
Beykpour, Twitter’shead of consumer products, said in a statement. “Dantley’s participation in this company is one of the most important milestones I believe we have,” he said. It was the second major change in the company in the current week. Before that, Twitter founder Jack Dorseyannounced his departure from the company. CTO Parag Agrawal then took over the company.
Twitter said the restructuring was aimed at speeding up the company’s decision-making process. “Parag focuses on operational excellence and building Twitter to achieve its goals,” Laura Alexander said in a statement.
Parag Agrawal aims to double company’s annual revenue
Parag Agrawalsaid earlier this year that the company aims to have $315 million in earning daily active users by the end of 2023. In addition, he promised to at least double the company’s annual revenue. Now he’s tasked with meeting Twitter’s aggressive internal goals.
