A long-awaited online meeting between US President Joe Biden and Chinese President Shi Jinping will reportedly take place on Monday (November 15th).
White House sources told American media that Biden and Shi will meet online on Monday.
Tensions between the United States and China have recently risen over Taiwan, trade and human rights.
There was no Biden-Shi meeting because Shi did not attend the climate summit in Glasgow, Scotland, earlier this month.
The White House has been saying for months that the two leaders will meet online before 2022, but did not elaborate on the timing of the meeting.
