Although new people have been added, some people are leaving the company. Jack Dorsey, one of Twitter’s founders and ceo of the company, resigned today, according to new information. He was replaced by Parag Agrawal, who was born in India and has so far been Twitter’s CTO.

Jack Dorsey, twitter’s founder and chief executive officer (CEO) for years, announced his resignation from the company on his personal account. Dorsey, who also announced in May that he would cut ties with the board, was also CEO of Square, the digital payments company he co-founded.
Following this announcement, Twitter CTO Parag Agrawal unanimously took over the company. It’s also a question of why Jack Dorsey made such a decision. Lately, however, the celebrity businessman’s interest in cryptocurrencies may have led him to resign. Twitter shares also rose 11% following the allegations.
Last year, Paul Singer, the founder and investor of Elliott Management, one of Twitter’s stakeholders, demanded that Jack Dorsey step down as CEO. Paul Singer said it would be better if he was replaced by someone else because running two publicly traded companies would not be healthy. However, there was no change in the company after this incident.
